1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Kalpa Tech LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) handles information when you use LearnersZone (learnerszone.net).

LearnersZone is a reading site. There are no user accounts, no sign-up or login, and no comments, and you can read every article without providing any personal information. The one place you can give us something is the optional newsletter sign-up described below.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information in one place only: if you subscribe to the newsletter, we receive the email address you enter. Nothing else on the site asks for your name, email address, or any other detail.

Like virtually every website, our web server automatically records standard access logs when pages are requested: the requesting IP address, browser type (user agent), the URL requested, and a timestamp. We use these logs only to operate the site, diagnose problems, and protect it against abuse. They are kept short-term and are not used to build profiles of readers.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. Two small preferences exist, and neither uses a cookie:

• Language: the language you read in is part of the page address (for example /te/), so no cookie is needed for it.
• Theme: your light/dark preference is stored in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

4. Analytics and Tracking

We do not run analytics, view tracking, or any third-party trackers, and we show no advertising.

5. Third-Party Services

Newsletter: when you subscribe, your email address is sent to Humanic, the service that keeps our subscriber list and sends the newsletter for us. It is not shared with anyone else.

The site links out to our profiles on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp); if you follow those links, the respective platform's own privacy policy applies.

6. Data Retention

A newsletter subscription is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove your address (see Contact). Server access logs are retained only briefly for operational and security purposes and are then discarded. We hold no other reader data.

7. Children's Privacy

LearnersZone is not directed at children under 13, and the newsletter is not intended for them.

8. Future Features

If we later add features that involve personal data — such as accounts or comments — we will update this policy before enabling them, and any such feature will be clearly opt-in.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
